Access to the kitchen is aligned with your hall hire times; you will not be allowed to enter the kitchen prior to your hire times. The kitchen must be left clean and tidy, with all equipment left as found, by the end of your hall hire times. To ensure earlier or later access to the kitchen, please factor the timings required into your hall booking.
We may, in certain circumstances, be able to allow special access to deliver kitchen equipment or provisions into the kitchen prior to your hire time, but this must be requested in advance and permission granted by the Facility Manager. Approval must be gained to ensure that the kitchen isn’t being used by another hirer. This applies to catering suppliers as well as hirers.
