You are welcome to bring and use your own kitchen equipment, to prepare the food for your hire, with the following exceptions.
Items not permitted:
- No gas powered cooking equipment is allowed on the premises.
- Candles are not allowed to heat food.
Alternative heating equipment you are permitted to use:
- You may bring electrical heating equipment.
- Gel burners can be used as a substitute for heating candles, if using Chaffing Dishes; this is to prevent triggering the fire alarms.
Please note, any equipment bought on site for use during your hire, must be in a safe working order and is used at your own risk. Any damage to the halls, caused by using your own faulty/unsafe equipment, must be repaired at the hirer’s cost.
