Yoga Nidra is a simple practice of lying down, listening and becoming aware of your entire body. A Single Hour of Yoga Nidra is as Restful as 4 Hours of Conventional Sleep.
The guided practice of yoga nidra helps the body into a deeply relaxed state and encourages the mind to settle. It requires no concentration or effort on your part and all you have to do is listen to and follow the instructions given, with awareness.
Gentle Stretch and Relax class for all ages and abilities. Wear comfortable clothing & bring a warmer layer (Some mats & blankets will be available)
